We will accept the return of a product if:
1. The item ordered does not fit or you simply have changed your mind, Items must be returned within 7 days of Purchase ( from date of delivery). Provided the goods arrive in perfect condition, have not been worn, washed or altered. All swing tags and original packaging must be returned with the goods. Store Credit Note or Refund will be offered ( less shipping cost ) provided it is within the 7 days. Returns will be at customers own cost.
1. The product you have received from brandE is not the correct item originally ordered. In this case the correct product will be supplied. Item must be returned within 7 days unworn in original packaging with all swing tags intact. Replacement costs will be covered by brandE.
2. The item you have received is faulty at the time of delivery. All tags must be in tact. We require to physically inspect the item before considering a replacement of the item. If deemed faulty we will offer a Repair or Replacements. If item is returned a second time a full refund will be offered to the customer. Items must be returned within 7 days.
3. All washing, Laundering and Fabric care instructions must be strictly followed as we are not able to assist if the item has been damaged due to negligence. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be Faulty, so please ensure you care for your product as it is a natural product.
3. There are no return or exchange on sale items.
1. Australia - Flat Rate $10.00 on all orders under $200. All items shipped via Express Post ( Est delivery 2 Business Days )
2. International - Flat Rate $ 30.00 on all orders. All items shipped via Australia Post or TNT depending on Destination. ( Est delivery 3-5 Business Days )
